The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside the property there is roadside parking opposite on a first come, first served basis and a walled patio with furniture. Situated in the heart of the Esk Valley, Blinkbonny is a delightful cottage at any time of the year. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property has steep cottage stairs. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

A peaceful village on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, Glaisdale is set amongst beautiful countryside in the heart of the Esk Valley. The village itself has a post office in the general store, an excellent butcher (famed for his pork pies) and one hotel/pub, with restaurant.

"Blinkbonny is a lovely cottage in Glaisdale and is perfectly situated to explore the Dales. The cottage has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The pub is 100 yards away and the village has a very good butchers and a village shop, although the shop in nearby Lealholm has a far better range of everyday goods."
