Barbecue. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, high chair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (dog crates provided). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: River opposite property, children and dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
