Eden Cottage is a lovely traditional cottage situated on the outskirts of Stannington, near Morpeth, in Northumberland. Hosting three bedrooms: one double, one single and one day bed, sleeping a total of four guests and served by a family shower room. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, utility and a living room/dining area with a woodburning stove. Outside has a front and rear enclosed gardens with plenty of seating options and off-road parking. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Front enclosed lawned garden, patio and gravelled area with furniture. Rear enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Large secure shed. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles and pub 1.9 miles. 200m walk to a local farm shop with a cafe as well as an Indian restaurant within walking distance. Note: The property is right next to the railway line and a main road, and there might be some associated noise.

"This is a beautiful little cottage full of charm and homliness with great attention to detail and well equipped. Great base to explore all the lovely places Northumberland has to offer. We as a family with a dog had a great time here. Gardens are totally secure so the dog could have great fun and thetr are lovely walks nearby. Recommend visiting Lindisfarne and Hadrians wall. Can especially recommend Chedters where we got a great guided tour which very much brought life at the fort to life. Great wee farm shop just up the road and nice villages and beaches to visit full of good places to eat. Also plenty skateparks to keep our teenage son amused!! Kate wss so welcoming and helpful a delight to communicate with. She is a lady full of enthusiasm and keen that people staying at her cottage have a brilliant holiday and we did. Many thanks to Kate and Neill."
