Oil central heating with woodburner effect fire. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with ice box, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Front patio area with furniture. One or two small well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Note: The upstairs bedrooms have low doors and care must be taken. Note: The sofa bed is available for flexibility.

Llanarmon-yn-Ial is a village situated in North Wales, England, set within equal distance between the towns of Mold and Ruthin. This village offers a community shop, pub, Post Office, a church and a chapel for all of your amenities, with excellent access to the neighbouring towns for a larger choice. This area is an excellent base for touring all the beautiful area of North Wales has to offer.
