Overview
This detached cottage rests near Malton and can sleep 16 people in six bedrooms. Please note: single bed configuration is flexible and to be requested at time of booking. All-ground-floor. Six bedrooms: 2 x super-king-size bed with en-suite, 1 x super-king-size, 3 x twins (4ft sofa bed located in the library available on request, 2 x single beds available in old hay loft which is accessible from the 6th bedroom, please be aware this is only suitable for responsible young adults and is accessed by a mezzanine style ladder). 2 x bathrooms with bath, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living room with sitting area leading into the kitchen, dining area and also with a sitting area. Library.
Sykes Lodge is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Malton. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with two super-king-size bed with en-suite, a super-king-size and three twins, together sleeping up to 16 people. In addition to the en-suites there are two bathrooms and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a library. Outside, there is secure off-road parking for six cars and unlimited parking adjacent to the property, and a garden with seating, a BBQ, a Jacuzzi Spa and access to parkland. Sykes Lodge is a superb base for a memorable holiday to this part of Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

"Wow , we stayed her for a 3 night break after new year and we was so impressed with this property. It is totally stunning in a unbelievable area. 3 families stayed here and we all enjoyed it so much we want to book again. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday and the owners are lovely and extremely helpful. They made our holiday perfect! The hot tub is amazing and would be even better in the summer months. There are lots to do in the area and we cant wait to go back and explore more. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and cant wait to go back soon"
