Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating. Induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV and WiFi. Washing machine and airer. 2 x hairdryer. Bed linen and towels provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Allocated parking for one car. Spacious front terrace area with Rattan furniture, with six chairs and four stools, overlooking the estuary. No smoking or pets allowed. Shop and pub within 5-minute walk. Please note there are outside 15 steps leading from the car park down to the property and no hand rail.

Salcombe is a seaside town within the district of Devon. There are two beaches, North Sands and South Sands and a wealth of locally sourced seafood served in many restaurants, pubs and shops to suit all. Nearby, you can visit the National Trust's property Overbeck, which houses subtropical gardens for you to explore. Moreover, the town's beaches offer superb watersports activities including surfing and boating.
