Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one small car. Garden with patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Pub within 0.1 mile and shop within 1.5 miles. Note: Twin bedroom is only suitable for children and young teenagers

Perranuthnoe is a small village resting on the south Coast of Cornwall, a mile to the east of Marazion. From here, you will find access to a sandy beach which houses views of the St Michael's Mount and is popular with swimmers and surfers. Within the village you will also find a wealth of cafes, shops and a pub. Within a short drive you will find the popular Penzance and the Lizard Point

"I told the owners as we left that I'd leave a review, then got too busy to do it - but wanted to write something so getting round to it 5 months later ... Small, bright beach house, perfectly located to make the most of Perranuthnoe beach and village. Arrived in the dark, in slightly stormy conditions and the sound of the wind and waves from inside gave the impression the house was on the beach. The house makes great use of space, with a cheery open kitchen dining area with superb views of the beach - I loved the artwork in there. Board games, lots of equipment, binoculars, welcome fudge - we were well looked after. Bring a warm sweater if you're staying here in the winter - there are heaters, but glass extension means it was a bit on the cool side on the first day, but that didn't spoil our enjoyment of the place. Great place"
