Ample off road parking. Front and rear garden with patio and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 mile. Note: property is approached by 11 external steps. Please note, the stairs may not be suitable for the less mobile.

Grange-Over-Sands is an Edwardian resort resting between the Lake District fells and Morecambe Bay. This former fishing village transformed into a fashionable Edwardian resort, when the railway station was introduced. Today, you will find a promenade, ornamental gardens, golf courses, brass band concerts and bird watching. Close by are the popular attractions of Lake Windermere and the village of Hawkshead.

"The house had all we could ask for. Cosy and warm with responsive central heating, comfortable bed, amazing views. The shower was strong, the sofas were comfortable, towels were large and fluffy. It was a gentle, flat walk into Grange-over-Sands on a very pretty route along the side of the railway line which bought you out onto the promenade. Lots to visit nearby. Lovely shops in Grange. There are steps up to the house and down to the lower bedroom but not a problem for us. The garden is paved at the back and the front has a nice seating area where you can take in the view. The lounge, the main bedroom and the twin bedroom face frontwards so have the best views. Would love to visit again but if you like the look of it, be quick as it seems to be booked most of the time. Set in a nice quiet area."
