This charming semi-detached cottage rests in Wales and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be made into a super-king-size upon request), and 1 x single. Ground-floor wetroom with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove.
Bryn Derwen is a wondrous semi-detached cottage, found on the outskirts of the town of Llangynhafal, Wales. The property holds three bedrooms including a king-size, zip/link twins, and a single, as well as a ground-floor wetroom and a bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower, therefore making the property suitable to sleep up to five people. The cottage is also home to a wonderful kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find a large lawned area as well as a gravelled area, both with seating. There is off-road parking at the cottage for two cars. Bryn Derwen is an ideal property for a family break near the coast of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with gravelled area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome (please keep off furniture and avoid pets from going upstairs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles. 5 star pub/restaurant, White Horse, is 0.5 miles. Golden Lion (pub food) is 0.8 miles (both dog friendly). Cafe 0.5 miles (dog friendly). Note: Stabling can be provided at an additional cost
