Off-road parking. Enclosed garden with seating area to the front and rear patio area with garden furniture. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within a 6-minute walk, shop within 1.5 miles. Note: There is a 2-3 inch gap under the fencing used for maintenance, very small dogs may be able to squeeze under, care to be taken.

Resting within the district of East Lindsey of Lincolnshire, is this small, yet well-appointed village.
