Large shared lawned garden and private patio area with furniture. Access to a heated communal pool (22ft long and 4ft deep), sauna, changing room, WC and poolside shower. Games room with an extensive library of books, family games, a pool table, toddlers' toys and freeview TV. Shared coin operated laundry facilities are located in the games building. Two small well-behaved pets welcome. Parking for two cars. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles and pub 2.4 miles.
