Ocean Heights is a contemporary townhouse set over three floors in a quiet residential area only five minutes level walk into Newquay town centre and can sleep six people in one super king-size double bedroom with en-suite, one double and one twin (zip/link). There is a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Ocean Heights is an excellent property in a wonderful location for a seaside break. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, Stair gate and travel cot provided. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Shed for surfboard and equipment storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, BBQ & furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: There is a flight of steps up to reach the lawned garden area.
