This charming annexe within a converted barn rests a few miles from Llandrindod Wells and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x family room with a double bed and twin. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with breakfast bar. Sitting room with electric log fire.
The Barn is a well-presented annexe to the owner's home, situated just a few miles outside of Llandrindod Wells, in Powys. It boasts three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom, kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and sitting room with electric fire. Outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden at the rear. The Barn promises a lovely break with family and friends in a countryside location. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating with electric log fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden at rear. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: There is an open-tread staircase at this property. Note: Check in is from 4pm and check out before 10am. Note: Cot and high chair available at property.

Llandrindod Wells lies within the historic boundaries of Radnorshire in Wales. There are some notable landmarks within the town, including architectural buildings dating from the Victorian and Edwardian eras. There is a wide range of entertainment available each year; hosted at The Albert Hall Theatre, Pavilion Mid Wales, which brings and Radnor Fringe Festival which is held within the Rock Park. The lake is part of the Victorian history and still remains a popular attraction today. Beacon Hill is a nice 4 mile long trail whilst The Spa Walk offers gentle slopes and opportunity to try the waters at the Chalybeate Spring in Rock Park.
