Shop 2.6 miles and pub 0.3 miles. Note: Children to be supervised in the lawned garden which is not enclosed due to steps, drops and water hazards including an unfenced pond.

Bridgwater is a large historic market town and civil parish in Somerset. The town lies along both sides of the River Parrett, and has been a major in-land port and trading centre since the industrial revolution. Notable buildings include the Church of St Mary and the house in Blake Street, largely restored, which was the birthplace of Admiral Blake in 1598, and is now the Blake Museum. The town has an arts centre and plays host to the annual Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival.
