This converted barn rests on the outskirts of Hartland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x adult twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Downstairs cloakroom.
The Crooked Branch is a converted barn adjacent to a country house on the outskirts of the pretty village of Hartland, 3 miles from the dramatic north west Devon coast and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. There is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles, one benefiting from an en-suite shower room and an adult bunks room, as well as a separate shower room. Outside there is a private patio with furniture at the front of the cottage, plus use of a shared garden, fishing lakes, BBQ area, hot tub and games room with table tennis. The cottage also benefits from ample off road parking. The Crooked Branch is perfect for a family holiday at any time of the year. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

The village of Hartland provides visitors with a craft shop, good pubs and several places to eat. The village of Clovelly lies just 5 miles away and is renowned for its steep cobbled streets and 14th Century harbour. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude and Bideford are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.
