Brimpts Cottage is a charming detached property located on a quaint farm, near the village of Dartmeet. It hosts three bedrooms, one double with a king-size bed and two additional twin bedrooms. You will also find an upstairs bathroom, with bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. Downstairs there is a handy shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include a large kitchen, a sitting/dining room posing a warming woodburning fire, smart TV and sofas. There is also a conservatory with further dining space. Ample off-road parking. Outside guests will have a small gravelled garden area with heating and a hot tub. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled enclosed garden, seating and hot tub. Two well behaved dogs welcome there is a charge for the second dog. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 mile, shop 6 miles
