Set all on ground floor, it boasts one king-size double bedroom, with a zip-and-link bed (can be twin on request), 1 x double bedroom, sleeping four guests. The interior also has a bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room. to the outside is off-road parking for two cars, along with an enclosed decking area with furniture. 6 Manor Park offers a refreshing break in a secluded location, with access to all the wonders of North Yorkshire. From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Gas central heating with extra heating from electric heaters. Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine. Smart TV in sitting room with DVD player and 2 x Smart TVs in the bedrooms. WiFi. Selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off-road parking for one car.Other parking area available at the barrier. Enclosed decking to rear with garden furniture and parasol. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than a mile. Note: This property in unsuitable for children under the age of 7 due to site restrictions. Note: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Note: Free fishing is available on site within the lodge area, however a fishing licence is required. Please note: WiFi is mobile WiFi. Please note that due to the property being a lodge rather than a cottage water pressure can fluctuate.
