There is a separate family shower room and a mezzanine study area with a sofa bed. Outside has a rear lawned garden with hot tub and a front patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Thompson Rigg Barn is the ultimate rural countryside holiday. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Scarborough is a town in North Yorkshire, England, situated on the North Sea coastline. Protected by a rocky headland on one side, and limestone cliffs on the other, this town has become a wonderful tourist destination in recent years, with plenty of fishing and service industries. Suggestion to its origin dates the town back to 966 AD when it was founded by a Viking raider, though no physical evidence was found to prove this. Full of history and with plenty of amenities to explore, as well as a local beach.
