This second floor apartment is in the harbour town of Porthmadog in the region of North Wales and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. All second floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x single with z-bed. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with harbour views.

To the outside of the apartment is off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking close by and shared use of decked area and furniture. Snowdonia Suite is in an excellent position for some fantastic scenery and great local beaches to suit different tastes. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 3 x Smart TVs with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon (use your own account), WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot (no linen) and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car in communal parking area on first come, first served basis, additional roadside parking close by. Use of the shared decked area (accessed by a further 15 stone steps) with table and chairs. One well-behaved dog welcome, please bring your own dog beds, towels and blankets. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Harbour/marina opposite. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: The apartment is accessed via 31 external stone steps; care should be taken at all times. Note: Due to the access this property is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway, where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog. coves. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast being famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet.

"The apartment exceeded all expectations, with the Welsh tea and cakes being a delightful surprise. Spotlessly clean, light and airy with a stunning view of the harbour and Snowdonia in the background. Kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to cook in when we chose to. The smart TVs were welcome on the one day it rained and the wi-fi was very fast. The apartment is ideally located for all local amenities with an excellent restaurant, Yr Hen Fecws, just 2 minutes walk away. You can see and hear the Ffestiniog Railway from the lounge. We're going back in September!"
