Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Rear enclosed raised lawn with patio, furniture, and wood fired hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles and pub 2.5 miles.

The town of Brecon, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Parkhas Georgian and Jacobean architecture, a cathedral, museums, a theatre, a cinema, shops, restaurants and pubs. The Brecon Beacons National Park is a haven for walkers and cyclists, with breathtaking countryside, waterfalls and caves. Also with the National Park are market towns, castles, and monuments, plus relaxing activities, such as pony trekking, and a ride on the Brecon steam railway. Within driving distance is the town of Hay-on-Wye.

"Stayed for a few days in this beautiful cottage. On arrival the owners had the hot tub and wood fire ready for us and also left an amazing hamper of homemade gifts such as fresh bread, marmalade, wine etc. The wood is replaced daily without having to ask and the cottage has everything you will need whether you are staying in or going out for walks and coming back to relax, Janie and Nick have really thought of everything. I can only describe this cottage as magical and the views are so picturesque you won't want to leave. The last day we had little Pip the dog turn up, this just topped of the stay. What a cute little thing he is and stayed for some cuddles. A must stay place. Thank you Janie and Nick"
