Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed front and rear lawned garden and patio area with hot tub. Up to 3 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 1.6 miles. Note: If the property has back to back bookings, it is possible that the hot tub won't be at full temperature for the first night stay. Note - Check in time is 6pm and check out time is 10am.

Polzeath is a small seaside resort nestled in Cornwall, England, in the civil parish of St Minver. It has a local SPAR and small choice of pubs/restaurants for your amenities. Make sure you visit the seaside village of Tintagel, home to the famous Tintagel Castle with links to King Arthur and superb dramatic views across the coast. Also rich with opportunities for long walks.
