Stoneleigh is a superb country house in the popular North Devon town of Northam. This striking house offers flexible accommodation including the main house, a coach house and cider cottage. Together they can sleep seventeen people in nine bedrooms, sharing six bath/shower rooms, four doubles; one with four poster bed, four twins and a single room. Comfortable, and well loved, there are two reception rooms; a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a lovely drawing room. Overlooking the rear garden is a large formal dining room, once the library and there's a well equipped kitchen. A games room has a handsome billiards table, whilst a second gaming room has a TV and X Box games console and two controllers, ensuring that there's always plenty to do. Outside is a large garden with lawn and pond sheltered by mature trees. Stoneleigh is a unique and remarkable home from home, ideal for large gatherings of friends or family. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Bideford is a maritime town on the River Torridge in North Devon. Today, Bideford has a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, a park and the Atlantic Village Outlet Shopping Centre located on the outskirts of the town. Bideford is in a fantastic location to explore the surrounding area. It is just a few miles from Westward Ho!, which is dominated by two miles of coastline. Northam Burrows Country Park, lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is home to England's oldest golf course. The South West Coastal Path and the famous traffic-free Tarka Trail are close by, providing walking and cycling opportunities.
