Gas heating with electric coal effect fire. Electric oven, gas hobs, integrated fridge and freezer and washing machine, Wifi/ Bluetooth. Fuel and power is included in the rent. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Public car park opposite the property with free parking between 6pm and 8am and chargeable parking between 8am and 6pm. Private parking and secure bike storage facility approximately 6 minutes walk away on prior arrangement with the owner. One pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.4 miles, shop 0.1 miles. Brewery Art Centre 500 metres.
