Shipwrights is a traditional, Edwardian terraced house with accommodation arranged over three levels, extended and refurbished to a high standard. Explore the nearby unspoilt sandy beaches of North Sands and South Sands, and revel in the stunning views across the estuary to East Portlemouth and Millbay, amongst other enticing coves just a short walk or passenger ferry ride away. There property sleeps eight in four bedrooms. On the first floor is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over) and on the second floor is a shower room. There is a small but cosy sitting room, an open planned area with well equipped kitchen and utility and the rear of the property is a good sized area of wooden decking with table and chairs and garden area. Shipwrights is an ideal base for one or two families or couples looking to enjoy this beautiful area. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
