Seaspray is set in an enviable location overlooking Bigbury Bay, within walking distance of the sandy beach at Bigbury-on-Sea. There are four bedrooms, including two double bedrooms with King-size beds. Two bathrooms, shower room and family bathroom with bath with hand-held shower. There is also an outside hot/cold shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, and spacious living room with wood-burning stove. The room extends via an open archway into a conservatory dining area. To the front and side of the property is a good-sized, mature garden laid mainly to lawn. Seaspray is an ideal holiday retreat for large family or up to three couples. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed.
