Gas fired central heating and underfloor heating. Halogen hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Gas fire, TV with BT View. WiFi. Baby-friendly. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park which is approximately 0.5 miles away from the property (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. Spacious terrace to the front with table and chairs. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves.
