Delightful detached stone barn in a quiet and picturesque hamlet set in the South Sands valley between Malborough and Salcombe, sleeping eight in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms (all on the first floor): 1 x super King-size with en-suite bathroom, 1 x double. 1 x twin. 1 x bunk beds. Family bathroom. Open plan kitchen/dining room. Cloakroom on the ground floor with w.c. and wash-hand basin. Lounge.
Holmfield Barn is a delightful, detached stone barn full of traditional charm surrounded by stunning countryside. Sleeping eight, the property has four bedrooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom. There is a kitchen/dining room, utility room and cosy lounge with wood burning stove. Outside is a garden with mature shrubs and trees and a series of pretty ponds. Parking for 2/3 cars and Wi-Fi available. Close to sandy beaches and the harbour town of Salcombe, Holmfield Barn is ideal for a family coastal break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Oil central heating. 4-ring electric hob/oven, dishwasher and fridge. Separate utility room with sink, units, larder fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Wifi available. Parking for 2/3 cars. Well maintained lawned gardens with series of small interconnecting ponds. Terrace with table and bench seating BBQ available. Bed linen and towels supplied. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

The attractive village of Malborough boasts a multitude of thatched cottages, a village shop, two excellent country pubs and a thriving post office. It is located just 2 miles from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, with an array of popular shops and restaurants. Boasting a beautiful, scenic coastline, Salcombe is ideal for enjoying sailing, watersports, coastal walking or for simply soaking up the sunshine. Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
