A terraced waterfront cottage situated in East Portlemouth near Chillington in Devon, it can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x double with vanity basin, 1 x twin with vanity basin, 1 x family suite with a single bed atop a double bunk bed, leading to a king-size. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility/cloakroom with basin and WC. Living room/diner.
Ferryside rests in a terrace of four on Salcombe Harbour, in East Portlemouth in South Devon. Discover four bedrooms made up of a king-size which is accessed through a bunk bedroom, there is also a double room and a twin room, as well as a shower room and a bathroom, this holiday home can sleep eight guests. Inside, also be presented with a kitchen, a utility/cloakroom and a living/dining room. To the outside there is off-road parking for two cars, mooring for a small boat and a terrace garden with furniture, as well as direct access to the beach. Ferryside is a beautifully located harbourside retreat for couples, friends and family looking to explore this marvellous location. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking spaces for two cars, with further parking available nearby. The Venus Cafe. A running mooring (suitable for a small boat) available during summer months, permanent swing mooring may be available on request (contact for more details). A terrace with seating overlooking the beach shared with the property next door. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 1.1 miles, pub within 0.7 miles

"Super views, unrivaled position, boat owners paradise, only really parking for one vehicle in the garage, no privacy at all (shared courtyard and steps to beach), could do with a deep clean or a makeover, nylon sheets and duvet covers, lumpy foam pillows. Not quite what I expected for the money. Oh and the tv doesn't work."
