Oil central heating. Two fridges, freezer, washing machine, electric range double oven, five- ring hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer microwave, toaster, kettle. TV with Freesat, DVD, Blue tooth speaker. Wifi available. Off road parking on private drive for up to four cars and a boat trailer. Paved terrace with large table and chairs, private garden, decked balconly on the first floor. A charcoal BBQ. Bed linen and towels supplied. One well behaved dog permitted. Two medium sized dogs may be accepted with permission from the owner.

South Pool is an idyllic, creekside village, surrounded by stunning countryside, offering wonderful opportunities to explore South Devon by foot, car or water. With a useful pontoon, water enthusiasts can leisurely paddleboard or kayak when the tide is in. Or, why not hire a small boat to enjoy a scenic boat ride to Salcombe, where you may even spot seals bobbing along the estuary! On cooler days, the traditional village pub, The Milbrook Inn, is perfect for indulging in a hearty feast. Visit neighbouring chocolate box towns and villages, or long stretches of beach, by visiting Frogmore (well-known for its bakery), only a five-minute drive away, or the shingle beach at Torcross, no more than a 15-minute car journey.
