The Boathouse is a very well-presented apartment on two levels offering a very high standard of accommodation, with panoramic views over Dartmouth and the River Dart to the open countryside beyond. The property sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one en suite master double, and one bunk bedded room), and has one family room. There is also a superb kitchen/dining room and a utility cupboard. Outside, double French doors open onto the paved terrace, leading to a large decking area, plus there is parking for one car. Situated just a 10-12 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, this fantastic property is the ideal base for exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed.
