Three-storey accommodation in central Dartmouth, sleeping six in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size (can be split into twin on request) 1 x King-size with en suite shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and w.c. 1 x King-size. Kitchen. Open plan living/dining room. Utility/cloakroom with separate w.c. with basin. Separate sitting room. Family bath/shower room on the upper floor incorporating bath, shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin and towel rail. Terraced balcony.
Armorel House is a spacious well-presented property situated within a short distance of the centre of this historic town and its array of restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. There are three double bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, one with an en suite shower room and one with a super king-size bed that can be split, on request, to provide two singles. On the lower ground floor is a spacious living and dining room, with wood burning stove opening into the well-equipped kitchen, with a further, tastefully furnished sitting room at entrance level. Approached through French doors off the dining room is a good-sized terraced balcony - ideal for al fresco dining - with a table and six chairs, whilst the lower decking has a lovely five-seater garden suite. With the added benefit of an off-road parking space for a small/medium car and a parking permit for use in the town centre car park (subject to available spaces) Armorel House provides an ideal base for guests looking to explore the town and the surrounding countryside. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Facilities & Amenities
Gas-fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. The lounge offers a wood-burning stove, flat-screen Smart TV with Sky HD Freeview, BluRay DVD player with surround sound system, and iPod dock with Bluetooth adapter. A second living space offers a TV with FreeSat and DVD player. Please note that the open fire is not in use. There is off-road parking for one small/medium sized car at the property (please note that access via South Ford Road is narrow and entry to/from the parking space requires some care). An annual parking pass - as an alternative or for one additional car - is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park or Dartmouth Park and Ride (subject to availability of space). All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
