Shower room with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and w.c. Sitting/dining room. Snug/second sitting room. Kitchen. Enclosed garden with lawn and decking area with table and chairs. Store space.
Anchor Ley is a reverse level coastal house designed to maximise the views across Slapton Ley and out to sea. This pet-friendly retreat sleeps six in three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with super King-size bed and views over the Ley. Family bathroom with bath, shower (over) and on the first floor a further shower room. Comfortable open-plan sitting/dining room with stunning views and wood burning stove, plus dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is a cosy snug with TV and PlayStation 2. Modern kitchen. There is an enclosed garden with views over the Ley, decked area and table and chairs, plus a brick built barbeque. Off-road parking. Anchor Ley is located just 250 metres walk from the beach is the ideal property for family groups or couples looking for a comfortable holiday retreat. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Enclosed garden with views - brick built barbecue. Ample space for two cars on the private drive, with room also for a small boat trailer in front of the house. Up to two well behaved dogs permitted. All bed linen is supplied. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Torcross is a village at the southern end of Slapton Sands, in the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A historical site of interest for visitors, this area of coastline is a site where the Normandy landings were practiced. Slapton Sands is a 1.2 mile-long stretch of shingle beach, which is dog-friendly all year round. This area is fantastic for nature lovers, with Slapton Ley Nature Reserve adjacent to the beach. The towns of Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are both within driving distance, offering boutique shops, galleries and restaurants.
