Three bedrooms: 1 x Double with en-suite bath, shower (over), w.c, heated towel rail and vanity unit with wash-hand basin. 1 x King bedroom. 1 x Single bedroom with small single bed to accommodate one child. Additional futon in single bedroom. Open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room.

With three bedrooms (One double bedroom with en-suite, one king-size bedroom and one single bedroom with a small single bed), one bathroom and a shower room, the property sleeps five guests. The spacious living area boasts a Juliet balcony with views stretching to Start Point lighthouse and beyond. Additionally, guests have use of the communal gardens, outdoor swimming pool, and all-weather tennis court. Neff equipment including induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and breakfast bar with three stools. Wall mounted TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod docking unit and retro telephone! Juliet balcony. Gas central heating and hot water system. Outdoor heated swimming pool (usually open from early May to late September each season) and all-weather tennis court. Parking for one car at the property plus visitor bays nearby. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and towels for the pool/beach.
