Family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and w.c. Additional cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin.
7 Island Quay is a comfortable three-storey town house located close to the waterfront, boutique shops and restaurants. The property sleeps five guests in three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a King-size bed and en suite shower room, a double room suitable for one guest and a twin room with two single beds. There is a lounge on the first-floor level with panoramic views of the harbour. A spiral staircase leads to a fully fitted kitchen/dining area on the lower level with access to the small waterside terrace and bistro furniture. This delightful property is in a fantastic location, for couples or a family looking for a relaxing seaside break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, washing machine(in garage) oven, hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer (in garage) microwave, toaster, kettle. Wifi available. SMART TV with built in freeview, DVD. Parking for 1 car, a small/medium car will fit in garage - if not suitable there is parking in front of the garage. To the front of the property is a small stone terrace with a table and chairs. Baby friendly: travel cot, high chair, stairgate, childrens cutlery. Mooring for one boat or dinghy up to 17' in length. All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and beach towels.
