Family bathroom (bath, rain head shower over, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light). Open plan living, dining and kitchen space. Two furnished terraces.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Facilities & Amenities
Electric heating in all rooms with hot water via immersion. Electric oven, four-ring halogen hob, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Top loaded washing machine. Widescreen TV, DVD player and radio/iPod dock. Wifi. Allocated parking for one car whilst additional spaces are usually available nearby. Bed linen and towels supplied - tenants need to bring beach and tea towels.
