The Carnau Lodgings is a stone barn conversion nestled in the Welsh countryside surrounding Newbridge-on-Wye, in Powys. It plays host to three bedrooms; a double with en-suite bathroom, a twin with en-suite shower room and a single, sleeping five people. Outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawned area, wildlife ponds and sheltered patio with BBQ and furniture. Oil central heating with woodburning stove and air conditioning. Gas range oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchhair available. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with lawned area, wildlife ponds and sheltered patio with BBQ and furniture. One well-behaved dogs welcome, can stable one horse please contact the owner for more information. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.3 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property - children to be supervised at all times in garden. Note: Please don't feed the geese with bread. Owner will provide feed for them. Note: Going into barn there will be disinfectant to stop spreading of the germs. Note: Fishing and clay pigeon shooting nearby the River Wye and local trout lake - permit needed but if you don't have one you can call the Wye Usk Foundation to get a day pass
