Littlecot is a well-presented, cosy cottage for two on the outskirts of Pyworthy, in North Devon. Spread over ground floor, it comprises one king-size double room with en-suite wet room, sleeping two guests in total. The interior also boasts an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is off-road parking for 2 cars, an enclosed patio at the front with furniture and an enclosed patio at the back with furniture, hot tub and fire pit. Littlecot offers a romantic break in a peaceful, countryside setting. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen, bathrobes and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio at the front, enclosed rear patio with furniture, hot tub and fire pit. Two well-behaved pets welcome and catered for. Welcome pack on arrival. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Property accepts babes-in-arms. Note: Three private lakes onsite with coarse fishing for guests. Note: Owner lives on site and is available for any queries. Note: Laundry can be arranged with the owner.

Pyworthy rests close to the Cornish border in the North of Devon, just 8 miles from the beaches of Bude. The area abounds in interesting wildlife, birdwatching and fishing opportunities and offers a golf course and a handful of traditional country pubs. Bude has much to offer, with its golden beaches, surf and host of pubs, restaurants, shops and golf links. Enjoy walks across the Bude Coast and Canal trail, to the nature reserve sited on a restored canal pass, where you can often spot dolphins, seals and otters swimming amongst the reeds. The Eden Project and the wildness of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are within a 45 minute drive.

"Wow, beautiful Cottage in stunning surroundings. Mike and Sally are perfect hosts, lovely people who really thought of all the little touches that make your stay perfect, flip flops, gowns, towels, ice and gin. Littlecot is clean, cozy and a home from home. Loved being able to walk the dog off lead around the lakes, so pretty. Enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year and will be looking to come before that. I can't recommend this place enough, enjoyed every minute of staying here."
"We managed to escape for a rare 2 night break for my birthday - and we were both blown away. Sally and Mike were so lovely to deal with, and their thought and care really shows in the way they present their lovely little cottage. They really have gone above and beyond in their efforts to meet any holidaymakers needs, with delicious treats left in the kitchen, dressing gowns and flip flops for the hot tub, even pain relief in the bathroom! The area is stunning, and sitting in the hot tub, watching and listening to the array of birds in the trees above, or quietly taking in the stars at night.... they are moments that will stay with us both for a long time. Check out the Molesworth Arms in Pyworthy too - great roast and super friendly staff. Thank you both for providing us with such a perfect bolthole as an escape from our stressful working life! We are very grateful to you."
"From the moment we arrived at Littlecot, we were made to feel at home. We arrived just after Christmas, and the cottage had been decorated with a Christmas tree, really nice touch. Sally and Mike are wonderful hosts and the special touches within the cottage are second to none, and really do make the difference. Home made cakes, preserves and a lovely welcome pack on arrival were a lovely gesture along with fresh eggs from Sally's chickens in the garden! The cottage itself is fantastic, with a top of the range kitchen and bathroom and the hot tub is huge!! We even caught up with some Netflix on the smart tv in the lounge one evening when we couldn't be bothered to venture outside. Our dog came with us and the site is perfectly dog friendly, and it was wonderful to be able to let her off by the lakes for walks. The site is remote so I would definitely recommend a car, but there are a couple of pubs only a short drive away and we visited Bude twice during our stay and loved the beach there (dog friendly!) We can't wait to visit again, and stay in the cottage!"
"A lovely studio cottage, we had a brilliant time staying at Littlecot. It is very cosy, Sally and Mike couldn't be more helpful. The welcome pack was yummy, and the kitchen perfect for self catering. The hot tub in the enclosed courtyard was lovely too! I would definitely recommend for a Devon break."
