This stunning, semi-detached house is based in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex and can sleep 11 people in five bedrooms. Over three floors. Five bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC, 1 x first floor adult bunk, 1 x second floor king-size (zip/link, can be singles on request) with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor triple room (zip/link, can be king size request) with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area for 12. Living room (with seating for 8).
65A West Hill Road is a wonderful holiday home based in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, situated over three floors. Internally, there are five bedrooms: two first floor king size doubles with an en-suite bathroom, one first floor bunk and a second floor super king-size, and a triple room (zip/link) with en-suite shower rooms. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room. Roadside parking is available. Outside has a balcony, decking area with a hot tub. 65A West Hill Road is the ultimate place to stay for families. Gas central heating, woodburner. Double electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, toaster, kettle. TV with freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking is available first come first served basis. Balcony area with decking and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs less than 10 mins walk. Beach 5 min walk. Note: The living room will sit 8 people. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Note - Please be advised that this property is in a residential area so please be mindful of the noise after 10pm.

Hastings is a town in East Sussex, England. St Leonards-on-Sea is situated to the West side of the town, with a range of local shops, restaurants and pubs nearby to sink your teeth into. Situated near the coast, you will have access to long stretches of sandy beaches and even the Hastings Pier, with plenty of shops and walking opportunities along the way.
