Electric central heating. Electric cooker and ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, WiFi, and books and games. Fuel and power is included in the rent. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Roadside parking approx 50 yards. Patio area with picnic wooden bench seating and table. Leisure facilities. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Pub and shop 1.5 miles. Note - Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Note: The property is for holiday makers only
