Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car, additional parking may be made on request with the owner. Garden/courtyard area with garden furniture, with access to sea views. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins, property is located in the village center. Note: Parking is shared. Note: Please note access to other apartment may be made via the courtyard. Note: On special request via the owner a double bedroom across a shared landing can be used instead of the twin room, this is for adults only and not for children, please contact the owner or the office for further information and to confirm if the room is available. If used in addition to the twin room this would allow the property to sleep 6 people if required. May incur an additional cost Note: Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the courtyard building.
