Electric central heating with a flame-effect electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Can load and unload outside the property with parking nearby at Churchfields public car park, charges apply for this parking. Public courtyard with bench. Two dogs allowed. Sorry no smoking. Pub and shop 10 minute walk. Note: The stairs to first floor are quite steep. Note: The stacker bed is available for flexibility. Note: Check in is after 4pm.
