Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. All supplies for woodburner available at all times free of charge. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Orchard to the rear with bench. Shared non-heated outdoor swimming pool. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Nine steps up to lawned area, then further steps up to the cottage entrance, not suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Note: Access by narrow lane. Note: Shared swimming pool available dependent on the weather during summer months only.

Situated in the heart of rural Herefordshire in the picturesque Wye Valley, this attractive town has timbered Tudor houses clustered around the striking 17th Century Market Hall and a selection of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants. Stroll along the lovely river bank, take a river cruise or view the surrounding countryside from a hot-air balloon.
