This stone-built cottage rests on the Kames Estate, near Port Bannatyne on the Isle of Bute and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 2 x ground floor doubles (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x family room with double and single bed, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove. First floor snug.
Clutha Cottage is a fabulous getaway located on the Kames Estate, surrounded by mature grounds, near the village of Port Bannatyne. This Isle of Bute cottage boasts four bedrooms; two ground floor doubles, one with en-suite shower room, one family room with double and single bed and a twin room, sleeping nine people altogether. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburning stove, as well as a first floor snug. To the outside is off-road parking for 3 cars, along with a shared, enclosed garden with private decking and patio furniture, as well as shared use of an all-weather tennis court, football nets, putting green, walled garden, gardens. Clutha Cottage enjoys a wonderful location to be enjoyed by families, friends and couples alike.

This village offers a popular location for sailing the Kyles of Bute, one of the most stunning areas of coastal scenery in Argyll. There are pubs, bars and tea rooms serving locally sourced produce. Rothesay has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. Walk along the esplanade, visit the winter gardens and catch the open top bus for a full tour of the island. You can take the ferry crossing to Wemyss Bay, visit the castle ruins in the centre of town and enjoy the scenery.
