Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining room. Sitting room with woodburner. Garden Room.

Hosting three bedrooms; a double, a twin (zip/link), and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, and a lawned area and enclosed decked area with furniture. Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Lawned area and enclosed decked area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles and pub 1 min walk. Note: Two steps into the cottage and one step into garden room. Note: Dinopark in garden centre next door - guests at cottage get free one day pass (open Easter till end Sept). Indoor soft-play area all year. Note: Due to the type of gate small dogs should be supervised when off the lead as they may be able to get through the gaps. Note: This property have Good house keeping bond directly paid to the owner. PLEASE NOTE - This property will not accept worker bookings

Today Dumfries is a popular town with much to offer the visitor. Its location makes it ideal for exploring the coastline with its sandy beaches and rocky inlets to the Galloway Hills and Ae forest offering superb walking and cycling on the famous 7 stanes trails. "The cottage is as advertised . Well equipped for us. We stayed for 7 days and our son came up for 3 days with his wife and our two grandchildren. The youngest Matthew who is only ten months old has just started crawling . He loved investigating everywhere. There are magnetic child locks on the cupboard under the sink so he could not go in there. They loved the free pass to Dino World. The cottage is very well equipped with cooking utensils and has 3 one pint drinking glasses, very rare in a holiday cottage and a quality non stick frying pan. The daughter in law and our 8 year old grandchild loved the mini gym in the garden room."
