This superb, detached farmhouse rests on the outskirts of Kerry and can sleep up to 16 people, in eight bedrooms. Eight bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x second-floor king-size double, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground-floor double, 1 x double, 1 x bunk. Second-floor bathroom with roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Ground florr shower and WC, Kitchen/diner. 2 x sitting rooms with oil burning stove and woodburning stoves. Second-floor games room.

Lower Penygelly is a superb detached farmhouse, resting on the outskirts of Kerry. It comes with eight bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size with en-suite shower, a double with an en-suite shower, a double with an en-suite shower, two king-size doubles, a ground-floor double, a double and a bunk bedroom, together sleeping up to 16 people. On the first-floor you will find a second-floor bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves and a second-floor games room. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a decked area with a hot tub and furniture. Lower Penygelly is a wonderful base for exploring the Welsh/English border. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating with 1 x woodburning stove and 1 x oil stove. Range cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, 3 x TVs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Washing Machine/Drier. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. WIFI, Ample off-road parking. Garden area with lawn area and decked area with hot tub, BBQ and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Pub and shop within 2.6 miles. Note: one basket of logs for the woodburner is provided, additional logs can be purchased directly from the owner.

This small village rests within the Vale of Kerry, centrally located in Mid Wales and close to the Shropshire border. Within the village you will find a shop, two pubs, one with a restaurant attached. Within the surrounding area you will find a magnitude of walking and cycling routes, including the Kerry Ridgeway. Brush up on the local history by spending an afternoon at Montgomery and Powis Castles, as well as the towns of Bishops Castle, Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Machynlleth.
