Set right on the South West Coastal Path you are well placed to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The coastal path takes you past Mountbatten Beach, Jennycliff Beach and beyond to Bovisands, a trio of soft sand beaches. Water sports are available at the Mountbatten Centre or the Plymouth Sailing School. Mount Batten is a small peninsular surrounded by Plymouth Harbour and the River Plym.
