Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car on shared driveway. Front gravelled area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and local bakery 2 mins walk. Note: The bathroom has some restricted headroom. Please note: the property sits next to the main village street so some traffic may be encountered at busy times.

The village of Brandesburton hosts two local shops, two traditional village inns, three restaurants/takeaways, a nearby golf course and a small village green, plus numerous fishing ponds and nearby watersports facilities. There is a nearby indoor market and car boot sale every Sunday at Skirlington. The seaside town of Hornsea lies just under 7 miles to the east and offers traditional seaside amenities with long golden sands.
