Chalet 80 is a ground floor retreat situated near the village of Llansteffan, Carmarthenshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a room with triple bunks ( a double and a single bed), and a double, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a lounge/diner with electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed area at the side of the property with furniture, and a hedge at the side too for some added privacy. Resting on Elmrise Park with a picnic area, walks and laundry facilities, Chalet 80 is a modern cottage in a vibrant part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed, fenced area at the side of the property with furniture, and a hedge at the side too for some added privacy. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 1 mile, restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: On-site swimming pool is open during summer holidays only at discretion of the site owner, so isn't always open. Note: Laundry facilities available on-site. Note: Electric provided through coin meter provided by the owner.

Llansteffan is a lovely seaside village with its own castle ruins, post office, general store and pub serving local food. Just a short journey takes you to the county town of Carmarthen with numerous shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs, and a daily market. This beautiful part of Wales has everything for a perfect holiday, from the peace of the vast sandy beaches to the noise and excitement of the motor racing track at Pembrey. A visit to Dylan Thomas' Boat House at Laugharne, a day exploring the castles, mills and craft centres dotted around the scenic countryside or a day enjoying the walks right from the doorstep of this perfect base make for a wonderful experience for all the family.
