Tembridge House is a homely barn conversion located near the village of Chulmleigh in Devon. Hosting four bedrooms; a ground floor king-size with en-suite, a first floor king-size with en-suite, and two first floor twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for three or four cars, and an enclosed, shared lawned garden with private patio, furniture and barbecue. Resting in a charming location with countryside views, Tembridge House is a wonderful cottage in an excellent part of England. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. In the midst of Devon countryside you will discover Witheridge boasting lots of little old houses, a pub and a convenience store. Chulmleigh to the west offers a couple of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, along with a bakery, whilst the historic town of Tiverton is home to a selection of interesting boutiques, farm shops, along with a series of walks.
