Bathroom with roll top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with electric fire. Sunny Court is a detached property situated within the town of Harlech. This all-ground-floor property houses three bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double, a twin and a super-king-size with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, together sleeping up to six people. There is a bathroom with a roll top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with an electric fire and a kitchen/diner. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear garden with table and chairs. Sunny Court is a wonderful space for exploring this corner of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Harlech is a small town situated between the mountains and the sea. Within the town you will find a number of independent shops, pubs and restaurants which are dominated by its majestic 13th century castle. Within the town you will also find a sandy beach which offers family-friendly days out, as well as walks along the coast. For those who enjoying walking there is the entire Snowdonia National Park to explore, as well as beaches of Cardigan Bay.

"Gorgeous clean contemporary bungalow!! Every room was lovely! Was even greeted with a lovely food/drink hamper (the mince pies were delish) Highly recommend for a short break in Harlech! Close to the castle and the beach!"
"A very clean and comfortable bungalow which looked as though it has been recently renovated. Well equipped with a great garden to relax in (weather permitting!). Situated on the outskirts of the village, but within easy walking distance of all amenities. Great base for exploring Snowdonia, the Llyn peninsula, Barmouth and Portmeirion, but there is plenty to do in and around opHarlech too. There are lots of local walks which start from the bungalow, but we particularly loved walking down to the amazing sandy beach in the morning with our dog. It is a 20 mins walk to the dunes and beach, or there is a car park nearby for those who do not fancy the steep climb back up to the village."
